Fruition Friday #8: How to - Increase Hope Using These 10 Principles
Within the principles, I've added a little take on what she said as well.
10 Principles For Increasing Hope
1. Overcome my regrets - When you dwell on the past you get more of it. Put your "I AM" -ness (I don't know how to add the -ness to a phrase, sorry guys) in front of you. For example, "I AM moving toward my car business which will gross me an extra $100,000 a year." "I AM" is in the now, a state of being in the present. As you speak you begin to believe it. No more should've or would've. It stems from shame. Shame is an unhealthy cycle. It also creates a learned helplessness. A "Poor me" syndrome.
2. Acknowledge you may need help - Sometimes you may need to admit you need outside help. If you cannot overcome regrets, bouts of anger or any overwhelming negative feelings, seek professional help. We might not be in the position to fix things ourselves and that's okay too.
I went through a bout of depression, I had to seek help. The perspective helped when I couldn't get over the guilt and sadness over my own loss. I realized I wasn't alone in my feelings and that I was normal to be in my state of being.
Don't go through intense emotions if you feel it's out of control. There are various resources in your local cities and hotlines to help you get through the tough times.
3. Don't allow your current roadblocks to holt your journey - In other words, don't let your current state hold yourself back from your purpose. You will have setbacks. You cannot allow it to block you from your desires.
4. Believe in a better tomorrow - Get it by "faith". Read something motivational and inspirational, like the Bible. Reading is better than listening. 10-15 min a day.
You can also read other inspirational books, not necessarily the Bible. If you're not christian, read from what ever religion you practice. If you don't practice a specific religion, there are many spiritual based books that don't touch on it.
5. Pain transforms - If someone leaves your life, God has something better or they aren't meant for your destiny. Acknowledge that and learn from the pain. You want transformation which happens from the inside. For example, with weight loss, you must transform from inside. That is to learn to love yourself, forgive those who have hurt you or overcome guilt.
In the subject of weight loss, I'd like to recommend a book I've recently finished which touches on these principles called "A Course In Weight Loss" by Marianne Williamson. She recognizes that it's the inward battle that must be fought not the diet in order to lose weight. I think it touches well beyond weight loss and emphasis how it interrelates with other events in our own lives. Even if weight loss is NOT the goal, it's worth the spiritual principles laid within the book.
6. Create small daily rituals or principles which will give you glimmers of hope - Take baby steps toward your bigger goals. Work a little bit at a time so it doesn't feel overwhelming. With every obstacle you overcome, it continues to motivate you toward your desires.
7. Focus on gratitude - Have gratitude...even if it's small. Focus will shift and change...you will get more of it.
8. You've got the power - Realize that you can bring about change in your life. You have the power to change how you think and how you feel about things that happen to you. LOA principle also states that what you feel and your thoughts affect future events. Not vice versa. How's that for power?
9. Get rid of hope killers - Get rid of "self medicating" like drinking, overeating, too much internet and so on. It dampers on the positive you would otherwise see.
10. Factor God or Spirit in your life - By factoring something bigger than you, such as God or Spirit, you create hope that something greater than you can uplift your current state in life. You are not alone in this vast universe and that something put purpose into you. A reference made my Cosntance taken from the Bible Psalm 3:3, "But you are a shield around me, O LORD; you bestow glory on me and lift my head.

Fruition Friday #7: How To - Reset Your Brain Every Morning
Simple Exercise To Brighten Up Your Day
Your thoughts upon waking up can "make or break" the rest of your day. You can wake up happy and the rest of your day seems to be going your way. Or you can wake up miserable and may feel like you're down on your luck.We know that ultimately your emotions are the cause of events and not the other way around. We must reset ourselves every morning to ensure we use our emotions to our advantage. Even before we get out of bed or write in our daily agendas we must regress all thoughts for at least 15 minutes a day.
It's purely simple. The only tool you would need is a timer.
So what is it?
It's called meditation.
I know some people might think that meditation is useless or that it may be impossible for them to endure. Just like any other habit it must be practiced with diligence. Trust me, it will actually get easier with time.
So you say you can concentrate, at least not yet? From my own experience, I started out with a couple of tools:
- Prayer beads
- relaxation apps for my Android smartphone via Google Play Store
Prayer Beads
You can either buy the used premade or make your own. You might want to Google more on the subject finds local stores that may have prayer beads readily available. I was actually gifted one by my brother while we were window-shopping the mall one day.
Relaxation Apps
I interchange between two specific apps I have found out the Google Play Store.Relax Time
The first one is called Relax Time. I like it for its simplicity and its capability for tracking your sleep cycle. Within the sleep cycle tracker it has a hidden timer which I double as a meditation timer.
The second app I use just as much as the first is called Relax Melodies. Again it is a simple app to use with many varieties of sounds and a wonderful timer which again doubles as a meditation timer. You can upgrade the app to include more features but it's not necessary for timer usage.
I will eventually put up a video to explain the meditation process in more detail in a later post.
Relax Melodies
This Is What I Do
When I wake up every morning, I'll grab my prayer beads and select a relax timer. I'll sit up in my bed in the most upright position and use the prayer beads as guidance throughout my meditation while using one word mantras. It helps me focus on my purpose for those 15 minutes.I will eventually put up a video to explain the meditation process in more detail in a later post.

Fruition Friday #5: How to - Conquer Your Fears
Why am I writing this post?
I am sure many of you readers have dealt with this ugly thing we call fear, but let me tell you that this fear is only a figment of our own imagination. It isn't real, it all comes from our selves from past personal experiences, social pressures, or even low self-esteem. We are the writers of our own book, the painters of our own paintings, or another way of saying it, the captain of our own ship. We create our destiny by the virtue of our thoughts. We create our reality through the law of attraction. I am writing this post to help those dealing with fear so that they maybe able to live and bask in life's opportunities. We all deserve the freedom to be all of who we really are; love, abundance, wellbeing, and everything good.
Things you'll Need!
- Notebook
- Pencil or Pen
- Your thoughs
Directions:
- Fear begins and ends with your mind because it is an emotion we create, therefore it all starts with your thoughts about fear.
- Begin by writing in a notebook all of the thoughts you have about your fears. What do you fear? Why do you fear it? When we can admit and identify our fears, we have a place to start from.
- After identifying what and why we fear what we fear, start writing contrasting thoughts. When we know what we don't want we know clearly know what we want. These clarifying moments of self doubt and fear are experiences to help us expand and desire more.
- Write what we want and why we want it. Get into the feeling place of that with which we want. We conquer our fears by aligning to our desires and our fears will fall out by lack of air time to the fear.

Fruition Friday #4: How-to make a Focus Wheel!
What's a Focus Wheel? Vortex? LOA?
A "Focus Wheel" is a tool that suppose to mimic the "Vortex", both are words coined by thee Esther Hicks. She is the one who created these wonderful concepts through channeling a universal conciouness named, Abraham Hicks, to help us understand and realize our potential as extensions of Source energy. The "Vortex" is a place where all of our desires reside, it's where our inner being, who we really are is and is calling us towards. As we are living the human life here in our physical bodies we are faced with contrasting experiences which evoke a preference, a desire from within ourselves. When we know what we don't desire we know more clearly what we do desire. There's an interplay with energy, with how we perceive our realtiy and how we really perceive our reality. There's an inner being, an inner knowiness from within each and every one of us and how our perception and the perception of our inner being's mesh is where our emotions come from. Well, the Focus Wheel is a excercise created by Abraham Hicks that mimics a Vortex; it's suppose to help us get into the "Vortex" where everything we want is. It achieves through starting with wherever we're at in the emotional scale and it transforms our thoughts to one the resonants more with who we really are.
How to create a Focus Wheel!
Materials:
- A large piece of paper
- A compass or something to draw circles with
- Pen or Pencil
- Your thoughts
Directions:
1)First, we begin with drawing a large circle in the middle of your piece of paper; this is the "Vortex".
2)Next, draw a smaller circle in the middle of that bigger circle.
3)Then, Draw small circles around the perimeter of the large circle about 10-12 circles.
4)On the title portion, the heading write an out of the vortex statement, for example, you can write something like this, "I am lonely and I feel like nobody loves me. I don't feel anybody cares about me or appreciates the wonderful things I do."
5)Now that you have the out of the Vortex statement, you can write your in the Vortex statement inside the small circle located in the middle of the larger circle. When you know what you don't want you know what you clearly do want. It goes something like this,"I desire to be with somebody that loves and appreciates me. Someone who enjoys me."
6)Starting with you first circle on the perimeter and going around clockwise write statements that you do believe already that match the circle in the center. You're not trying to shoot for honesty or truthfulness but, what you believe on how you want it to be. Stuff like, "I notice certain people around me who do love me and are concerned of my wellbeing" or "I remember seeing a stranger on my way home who smilied at me and greeted me with joy and love. I didn't even know who he was but, it provided this sense of warmth within me." Anything that you already believe, but matches the center statement.
7)As you go along you'll, begin to notice your vibration rising with each statement you make. Slowly you'll see that you believe the desire you had put forth more and more. By the 10th or 12th statement you'll have enough momentum moving that you believe and feel your desire as something real and now you ARE IN the Vortex where all that you want is.

Fruition Friday #3: How to Cultivate a Stronger Imagination & Creativity
Why is having a strong imagination and a creative eye important?
- A strong imagination helps improve your problem-solving skills. Through creativity and imagination you're looking at the problem through a different perspective. It's thinking in a more different way, like thinking outside of the box.
- A strong imagination is helpful in the cultivation of ideas. When you imagine you're essentially creating something out of nothing. All creations begin with an idea therefore having a strong imagination can actually help you improve on the idea department.
- A strong imagination unlocks an avenue through which creative expression can flow. Having an imagination helps with expressing yourself. With an imagination and a creative eye you're able to express yourself in a unique and special way through fun activities like painting, performing, playing, writing, etc.
How to ideas to building a stronger imagination and a creative eye.
1) Invest in a dream journal. A notebook where you can write into it every morning after sleeping. Most of the BEST ideas come to us while we are asleep because it has been scientifically proven that while we're sleeping our subconcious mind is awake; this is essentially what dreams are. The subconcious is the part of our brain in between our concious, active mind and our unconcious mind is where we store our long-term memory facilities.
2) Carry a small pocket notebook around with you everywhere you go. The greatest men and women in history carry a notebook around everywhere they go, men like Leonardo Da Vinci and Albert Einstein. You never know when an itching new and fresh idea may pop up inside your head. Having a notebook handy can be VERY helpful to jot dot so you won't forget the idea later. Inspiration can come to you from life in so many forms and ways and having the tools ready is essential.
3) Trying changing up your routine. If you normally do something the same on a consistent basis it becomes a habit essentially which leaves no thought; it becomes muscle memory. However if you change it up and do something different from what you're use to, then you're forcing your brain to think and adjust to unforseen circumstances. This change in routine is helping you to exercise those problem-solving skills thus improving your creativity and imagination.
4) Explore a new place go and be around imaginative/creative individuals more. Sometimes all it takes is a new environment to pike up those dusty thinking caps. Imagination and creativity can come from nature and being around other creative people. You're brain is like a sponge, just being around others who have a certain quality you're wanting to cultivate can improve your imagination. As you observe somebody you're essentially learning from them; it's how we learn as children, imitate those around us. Just have fun with it! You might suprise yourself.

Fuition Friday #2: How To Stay Uplifted Playing This Game
It's Fruition Friday and it's all about "how-to" do something related to the awesome law of attraction. We already learned that our emotions relate to attracting what we desire. It's important to maintain a high level of happiness for as long as you can. I don't mean we lie to ourselves and claim that we're happy 24/7. On the contrary, you must feel the good and the bad. It's our internal guidance system that lets us know when we're on or off the correct path.
You will learn several skills along the way. Use what feels right to you. Modify when appropriate.
You will learn several skills along the way. Use what feels right to you. Modify when appropriate.
"Know I Know My ABC's"
This game was shared by Abraham Hicks. You can play this on your own. I like to play this with friends and family. The more people you involve creates an overall energy in the room. I love playing with my kids because they come up with the most funniest words and tend to stay uplifted before, during and after this exercise.
After Effects
Play this game every day for 15-20 minutes. It will help you maintain a high vibrational state of mind which attracts your desires.
Game On
- Think of nouns, adjectives or verbs that make you feel good.
- Start with the letter "A". Think of a word that begins with the letter "A" that feels good to you. Delve into the meaning of the word and how wonderful it makes you feel.
- Avoid words that are neutral or negative.
- You can use words like "I feel" or "It feels like" to get words flowing.
- When you are satisfied with the word, move on to the next letter in alphabetical order.
That's It?
Yes. Actually that's all it really takes to get you there. The key is feeling good and staying there for as long as possible.
Additional Things You Can Do
Here's additional things you can do to "extend" the game onto different mediums:
- Make an Excel workbook and write in it everyday. Sometimes you'll use the same words and sometimes it will conjure other words by reviewing the one you have already used. I'll be sharing my Excel document for you to use.
- Make flashcards. Keep them on a ring...when you get stuck while playing the game, you'll have other words that might be perfect or remind you of new words.
- Create artwork with words and imagery that remind you of these feel good words.

Fruition Friday #1: How to Paint, Draw, and Create your desires
From experience I have tried this wonderful method of being able to create and realize my dreams through my art. I have manifested relationships, material things, and wonderful experiences with art. It works much like a vision board where you cut out pictures of the things you want to have or accomplish in your life and you put it on a board except you're drawing it.
So let's get started:
So let's get started:
Supplies:
- 1 x Artist's Pad or Sketchbook
- Imagination
- Art Supplies (Graphite Pencils, Charcoal, Pastel, Paints, etc)
- 2 or 3 Inspiring pictures or photos
Directions:
Step 1
Gather at least 2 or 3 pictures that inspire you to desire to want whatever it is that you are desiring, it could be pictures of a motorcycle if you want to own a motorcycle someday or pictures of a beautiful couple kissing if it's a passionate relationship you're seeking.Step 2
Take 20-30 minutes to just bask in the feeling of what the pictures give off. Just observe the inspiring pictures and close your eyes and visualize how it would feel as if you already achieved or have what's being conveyed in those pictures. If it's a perfect relationship you're seeking then for example you would gather pictures of that perfect relationship and how it would look like to you. Close your eyes and visualize yourself in that perfect relationship doing what the couples are doing in those inspiring pictures, really feeling the feelings of it now so real in that moment that you feel you don't even NEED it anymore because you feel you already have it.Step 3
After getting into that feeling place of feeling like you already have what you want and or accomplished what you desire then you are ready to let your imagination flow free. By this point you would have inspired yourself to that point where ideas just start to easily flow into your head. Thoughts and ideas will begin to ensue your mind through the feeling you hold in your heart and mind. Take out your Artist's Pad or Sketch Book and use your art supplies to create your dreams.Step 4
Finally, after creating your masterpiece, "Dream Painting or Dream Drawing" as I like to call it, you should display somewhere it in your house where you spend the MOST time. Observe, Look, Visualize the drawing or painting every morning and every night before you go to bed for 5-10 minutes a day. Like a Vision Board as you see what you want or desire and get into that feeling place more and more you'll begin to attract more like it to your life by virture of the LOA. If you go there through the mind you will got there through the body because the mind can distinguish wheather you are experiencing what you want through your mind or actually experiencing what you want in real life.Fruition Friday #1: 1 Simple Thing You Can Do To Ensure LOA Success
Sometimes the most simple thing you can do is the most effective action you can take. Weather you're a first time Law of Attraction follower or an expert who might have temporarily fallen off the LOA path, this is the easiest thing you can do anytime and anywhere.
Can You Concentrate On One Thought?
If you can concentrate on one thought for at least a minute, you can definitely do this exercise. The following video is a simple visual to guide you if you're the visual type or need some guidance in the beginning:
I use this periodically and even downloaded it to my phone when I need an occasional redirection.
What's The Point?
By concentrating on one thought or feeling, you give it energy. Energy like I've mentioned before, brings forth your desires into reality. If it's negative, the more you dwell upon it, the more you see negative things happen. By changing negative thought to something pleasant, it redirects that energy back to your positive desires.
Can You Do It?
You sure can. You don't even have to think about your specific desires. Just imagine something that relates to that feeling you want to obtain by having what you desire. Is is money you want? How does money make you feel? If it makes you feel confident for example, what other thing or situation can make you feel confident? Then imagine that and feel the confidence well up inside of you. By doing so, you magnetize yourself and make a statement to the universe that you're ready to receive what you really want.
That's it?
Yes. That's it. Of course there are additional exercises you can do. For simplicity sake, I'd like you to practice on this exercise. Do this several times a day if want. You are in control of your thoughts. If you spend anytime in deep thought throughout your day, make it pleasurable.
Other Exercises
If you feel ready to move on from this exercise or thing you would like to do something else, check out the other posts on this blog. Every Friday, either my co-author or myself will be writing specific "how-to" posts for you to try over the weekend.
