Fuition Friday #2: How To Stay Uplifted Playing This Game

It's Fruition Friday and it's all about "how-to" do something related to the awesome law of attraction. We already learned that our emotions relate to attracting what we desire. It's important to maintain a high level of happiness for as long as you can. I don't mean we lie to ourselves and claim that we're happy 24/7. On the contrary, you must feel the good and the bad. It's our internal guidance system that lets us know when we're on or off the correct path.

You will learn several skills along the way. Use what feels right to you. Modify when appropriate.

"Know I Know My ABC's"

This game was shared by Abraham Hicks. You can play this on your own.  I like to play this with friends and family. The more people you involve creates an overall energy in the room. I love playing with my kids because they come up with the most funniest words and tend to stay uplifted before, during and after this exercise.

After Effects

Play this game every day for 15-20 minutes. It will help you maintain a high vibrational state of mind which attracts your desires.

Game On

  1. Think of nouns, adjectives or verbs that make you feel good.
  2. Start with the letter "A". Think of a word that begins with the letter "A" that feels good to you. Delve into the meaning of the word and how wonderful it makes you feel.
  3. Avoid words that are neutral or negative.
  4. You can use words like "I feel" or "It feels like" to get words flowing.
  5. When you are satisfied with the word, move on to the next letter in alphabetical order.

That's It?

Yes. Actually that's all it really takes to get you there. The key is feeling good and staying there for as long as possible.

Additional Things You Can Do

Here's additional things you can do to "extend" the game onto different mediums:
  1. Make an Excel workbook and write in it everyday. Sometimes you'll use the same words and sometimes it will conjure other words by reviewing the one you have already used. I'll be sharing my Excel document for you to use.
  2. Make flashcards. Keep them on a ring...when you get stuck while playing the game, you'll have other words that might be perfect or remind you of new words.
  3. Create artwork with words and imagery that remind you of these feel good words.
