Today I wanted to share the book I'm currently reading called The Law of Divine Compensation by Marianne Williamson. This book delves into the laws of attraction relating to money and miracles.

Religion Vs. Law of Attraction?

Although I am still at the beginning of the book itself, there are many LOA related quotes. It may seem difficult at times to read because there are numerous references to God. I truly believe you can use the it interchangeably with your own spiritual or religious preferences.

The commonality that this book has with LOA related laws are the belief that our own thoughts and emotions effect situations and events around us. There are several quotes and prayers to God that are interesting enough that I have quoted them myself on this blog as well. Again if you can see beyond the references to God you can relate to them in an LOA fashion.

A good quote I found was:

"By aligning yourself with thoughts of infinite love for yourself and others, you gain dominion over the lower thought forms of the world."

This is a good example of interchangeable thought between God and LOA; that by aligning thoughts of emotion controls Earthbound events around us.

Negative Emotions Transformed

This book can serve as a workbook to help release negative emotions therefore creating more opportunities for LOA related events. It also bridges religion and LOA for those who have a hard time separating the two. I am myself, and Catholic and yet I believe strongly in the laws of attraction.

To Be Reviewed in the Future

I plan on getting into great detail chapter by chapter, for of those who would like to follow me. There are no websites that are helpful in putting this book into action. I would like to share my own take on the exercises made throughout it.
